By accessing or purchasing VELA content or services, you agree to these Terms.
VELA CONTENT
VELA provides market research, trend direction, creative development and commercial insight for the home textiles industry.
Our reports and resources are developed to support creative exploration, product development and commercial thinking. They represent VELA’s editorial and market perspective at the time of publication and should be used together with your own creative and commercial judgement.
USE OF REPORTS & MEMBER RESOURCES
VELA reports and member resources are provided for the internal business use of the purchasing company.
They may be shared internally where required for product development, sourcing, design and commercial purposes.
VELA content may not be reproduced, published, resold, redistributed or made available outside the purchasing business without prior written permission from VELA Global Group.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original written content, research, trend interpretation, colour direction, design concepts, graphics, artwork and other materials created by VELA Global Group remain the intellectual property of VELA Global Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing access to VELA content does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.
IMAGE & CONTENT NOTICE
VELA reports and content is a curated, editorial resource developed by Vela Global Group to support creative exploration, trend analysis and commercial thinking across colour, print, pattern, product and lifestyle direction. Content is provided for inspirational and informational purposes only and represents a directional editorial perspective rather than a guaranteed forecast, commercial outcome or directive for execution.
The report may contain selected product, interior, lifestyle and other imagery sourced from publicly available retail, editorial and digital channels for the purposes of trend analysis, market research and industry education. Custom Projects are scoped individually.
Project requirements, deliverables, fees, timing and any specific intellectual property or usage arrangements will be agreed separately before work begins.
MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership pricing, billing frequency and inclusions are shown at the time of purchase.
Recurring memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation options provided at the time of purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period already commenced, except where required.
